Just bought this summer and hoping to build community. Developing three camper trailer sites and one for myself. Two rooms in the house available for rent, especially looking for short or mid term work traders or fellow pioneers of stewarding this property for the long haul. Lots to do, looking to build a team. In Orchard City, two acres, with good irrigation and spring water.
