Welcome! This is a cheat sheet you can use for some of the common things you might like to do as a group facilitator.
Finding Your Group
- Go to Groups in the left nav:
(If you’re on a mobile phone click the three bars at the top to see this same menu)
- Once you’ve clicked on Groups you should see your group on the screen. If not, contact @bitmason to make sure your group is correctly set up.
Invite New Members
Want to create an invite link to send to new members?
- Click your profile image in the upper right hand corner. This will be a picture of you, or your initials if you haven’t uploaded a picture.
- Click the Profile icon (looks like a person) at the bottom of the list that drops down.
- Click Invites.
- Click “+ Invite”:
- Click “Edit link options”:
- Change “expire after” to “never” (unless you want it to expire), then change “add to groups” to your group.
- Click “Create link”.
- Copy the link.
- Great! Now you have a link you can share in emails, text messages and elsewhere.
Create a QR Code
In most modern browsers if you right click anywhere on the page you will see “Create QR Code for this page”.
If that doesn’t work for you, you can copy your current URL, then go to a website that generates QR codes, and paste in your URL. Try this one:
